Continuing Education: Quenching Your Thirst for Knowledge
Did you know that the tradition of offering continuing education classes started the same time as the college?
It was one of the four programs of instruction offering educational opportunities to many kinds of students.
In the 1962-63 college catalog, it states, “It is hoped, moreover, students who enroll at The Junior College District will discover that learning is a never-ending process, and that they will be stimulated to continue their quest for knowledge throughout the rest of their lives. For these students and others who want to enrich their lives, advance their careers, or simply acquire fresh idea, The Junior College District offers a variety of courses which is called the community service program.”
So if you’re ready to continue your quest for knowledge, come to STLCC for a continuing education class. Our continuing education classes welcome all students who have a desire to learn and improve. If this sounds like you, our continuing education classes are now enrolling.
